Sheriff Cunningham Speaks to the Kiwanis Club of Montgomery
Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham (a wonderful sheriff and dedicated Kiwanis member) spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Montgomery on Tuesday about the resounding success the joint task force between his office, the city, ALEA, and the attorney general’s office has had with more than 200 arrests, 160 guns seized, more than 500 warrants served, and 100 machine gun devices off the street. He is also happy to report that much needed renovations are occurring at the county jail. Sheriff Cunningham is dedicated to helping prisoners leave jail better off than when they arrived- whether it’s by helping them get classes to learn a trade or helping them receive their GEDs. Thank you Sheriff Cunningham for ALL you do for Montgomery County and the Kiwanis Club of Montgomery.
